3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices include:

  • Base fare and applicable taxes
  • Fuel surcharges and government fees
  • Service charges and booking fees
  • All mandatory airline fees

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the airline. We will provide confirmation within 24 hours of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Most of our discounted fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. Cancellation fees may apply based on airline policies and fare rules.

Changes: Flight changes are subject to airline policies and may incur additional fees. Please contact us for assistance with modifications.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have:

  • Valid passport with sufficient validity
  • Required visas and travel authorizations
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificates if required
  • Any other required travel documents

PremiumAir is not responsible for denied boarding due to missing or invalid travel documents.

PremiumAir acts as an agent for airlines and other travel service providers. We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
  • Lost or damaged luggage
  • Personal injury during travel
  • Acts of nature or force majeure events
  • Airline bankruptcy or service disruptions
